Since our vendor slot offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any slot in the our mobile application. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read service description before making a purchase. All order and bookings are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. It is your responsibility to find a replacement truck for your booking. All replacement trucks must be approved Kapita vendors.
If you NO SHOW, do not find a replacement for yourself, if your replacement NO SHOWS, you will not be permitted to book with Kapita in the future.
