Tactical: - Reaction fire triggers on any movement (from movement >1 tile) - more intuitive, felt abusive and uninentional to have a unit be able to walk 1 tile and not trigger reaction fire - Suppressive Fire does 30% of damage (from 40%) - Toned back so it's not as effective on exposed units and floaters.
